Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 15 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you. Photo verification may be required.

Refunds are issued only for the following situations:
First purchase under the 30 day money back guarantee, when you are not satisfied
Receipt of a damaged product
Receipt of an incorrect product
No other refund claims will be approved.
Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)
If you wish to cancel or modify your order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@getveroglow.com.
If your order is already in the process of being prepared for the shipping, you will have a your 30-day window to cancel once it arrives.
Used Product Policy
For money back guarantee claims, the product may be used. However:
The guarantee applies only to your first order of that product
Subsequent purchases are not eligible for refunds due to dissatisfaction
Abuse of the refund program may result in permanent refund eligibility revocation
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit
Ship the return to the address provided after approval
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.
