We currently sell our products in United States. We do not currently offer worldwide shipping.
Shipping costs and delivery time
Our dispatch times are usually 4-11 working days, which are made up of two sections as
follows:
1) Processing time: 1-3 working days processing time (order confirmation, customisation,
quality inspection, packing)
2) Delivery time: 3-8 days delivery time (this is affected by the place of delivery, the time
includes the period from our international shipping house to your door)
All products go through a logistics process, so processing time is required.

Shipment tracking:
We offer shipment tracking once the order is shipped, so you can follow your order on its journey to you.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
CUSTOMER ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY: Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete shipping addresses. VeroGlow is not responsible for delivery delays, non-delivery, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses. Address changes after processing may incur additional fees.

Delivered but Not Received: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors, your building’s mailroom, or your local post office. If you still don't receive it after 7 business days, please reach out to us.
- Lost in Transit: If your package is lost during transit, contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance.
- Liability: VeroGlow is not responsible for stolen packages or incorrect addresses provided at checkout unless Order Protection was purchased.
Address Changes & Order Modifications

Modification Window: If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.
- Processing Limitations: Once an order has been processed, we are not able to make changes to orders.
Returns & Exchanges

Holiday & High-Demand Periods
- Extended Shipping Times: During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), shipping times may be extended due to increased order volume.
- Recommendation: We suggest placing orders early to ensure timely delivery during these periods.
FORCE MAJEURE:
VeroGlow shall not be liable for any shipping delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, pandemic restrictions, carrier disruptions, or other acts of God. In such cases, delivery times may be extended to an unknown duration without any requirement for us to take any action.
